  • Custom Orders: If your order includes custom parts, please allow additional time for processing. Estimated processing time for custom orders will be provided upon order confirmation.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the order's weight, dimensions, and destination.

 

Order Tracking

Shipment Confirmation and Order Status

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Damages

  • Custom Dock Systems Inc. is not liable for damaged or lost products during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
  • Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
