Return Eligibility
- Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received.
- Documentation: Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom Orders: Custom-made dock parts and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
- Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pack and Ship
Refund Processing:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days.
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
- Defective/Incorrect Products: If your return is due to a defect or a shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
