Return Policy for Custom Dock Systems Inc.

Effective Date: 10/20/2024

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the condition they were received.
  • Documentation: Proof of purchase is required for all returns.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made dock parts and accessories are non-returnable unless defective.
  • Final Sale Items: Products marked as "final sale" or "clearance" cannot be returned or exchanged.


Return Process

  1. Initiate Return 
    • Contact our Customer Service team to request a return authorization (RA) number.
    • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for return.
  2. Pack and Ship
    • Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
    • Clearly label the package with the RA number.
    • Ship the return package to:

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 days.


Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, except in cases where the product is defective or incorrect due to our error.
  • Defective/Incorrect Products: If your return is due to a defect or a shipping error on our part, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.


Exchanges

  • If you want to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team first. They will guide you through the process to ensure a smooth transaction.


Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at 864.225.2393  or Toll-Free 800.706.7397 with the damage or defect details. We will arrange for a prompt replacement or refund as necessary.
